What Happens If You Mug 10 Hours a Day

Your brain will implode and crush itself into a small wad of grey matter scarcely bigger than a pea. Then your head will explode. Or rather, most of the flesh there. Leaving behind a flaming skull filled with liquified mush that was the ex-contents of your head.
